Accreditation and License:

AU Reserve is proud to be accredited by the South African Diamond and Precious Metals Regulator (SADMPR) and holds a valid license. Our adherence to strict international standards and regulations governs our precious metal refining operations. This ensures that we maintain quality, environmental responsibility, and ethical business practices at all times.

License Entitlements:

• Purchase and Receipt: Buy and receive precious metals in any form from the South African Mint or a holder of a refining license or authorized dealer.
• Refining and Disposal: Smelt, refine, or change the form of unwrought precious metals in lawful possession. Thereafter, dispose of such precious metals in semi-fabricated form to the South African Mint or a holder of a refining license or authorized dealer, holder of a Precious Metals beneficiation license or a holder of a jeweler's permit, extract precious metals from any material substance in lawful possession, and dispose of such precious metals in accordance with the provision of the Act.
• Acquisition: Buy and receive from a holder of a refining license, or an authorized dealer, producer, or solution in the lawful possession of the holder. Extract from such material (precious metals-in accordance with ACT 37 of 2005) and dispose thereof in accordance with the provisions of the Act, and to import any unwrought metals into South Africa subject to the terms and conditions stipulated in this license.
